European judges have backed the decision by British prosecutors NOT to charge police officers over the fatal shooting of a man at a London underground station in 2005.
Jean Charles de Menezes - originally from Brazil - was wrongly identified as a suicide bomber a fortnight after the July 7th terror attacks in London.
