There have been protests in the US city of San Diego after a mentally ill black man was shot dead by police.
Officers were called to reports of a man acting erratically, after he was reportedly seen walking in and out of traffic.
He was shot after he apparently refused to take his hand out of his pocket.
The man has been identified as Alfred Olango, a 30-year-old refugee from Uganda, who was described by a fellow refugee as well-educated but mentally ill.
Police say they are now examining video footage of the incident.
