The relatives of a dozen Chinese passengers - who were on board the missing Malaysia Airlines flight - have filed a lawsuit against the company.
They appeared in court in Beijing today ahead of tomorrow's two year anniversary of its disappearance.
International rules state any action against the firm has to be filed by tomorrow.
