The head of Ryanair says the choice of Shane Ross as Minister for Transport could be a breath of fresh air.
Michael O'Leary made the comments as he raised concerns about the projected increase in the cost of a second runway at Dublin Airport.
The facility is now expected to cost 320 million euro - 70 million above what had been initially budgeted.
