Fianna Fáil Leader Micheál Martin has indicated there is no guarantee the UK will remain in the EU despite a deal being agreed in Brussels last night.
The British Prime Minister secured agreements on the Euro currency and the provision of welfare payments to immigrants as part of the deal.
The British people are expected to vote on staying in or opting out of the EU in a Referendum during the Summer.
