WEXFORD TD Mick Wallace has broken down in tears in the Dáil chamber, recalling a visit to a refugee camp in Calais.
In an impassioned speech Wallace asked the Irish government to send staff to the so-called 'jungle' camp to process asylum applications from migrants living at the French seaport.
The Independents4Change TD was speaking during a Dáil debate on the EU's response to the migration and refugee crisis.
