EU leaders have agreed to relocate tens of thousands of migrants who have arrived in Italy and Greece.
It follows a summit that went into the early hours of this morning.
40-thousand migrants will be relocated to other EU states over the next two years.
European Council President Donald Tusk says there will be no mandatory quotas for each country.
