At least 3 people are reported dead, after a gunman opened fired in a courthouse in Milan.
It's understood the attacker was a defendant in a bankruptcy trial.
The victims include the trial judge, the man's lawyer and a co-defendant.
The suspected gunman was named in Italian media as Claudio Giardiello.
He was arrested after fleeing the Palace of Justice on a motorbike.
