18 to 36 years old are far more comfortable discussing their salaries with coworkers, friends, and family than workers in older generations.
A survey by the Cashlorette has found 30 percent of millenials feel comfortable discussing their pay.
While just 8 percent of those aged 53 to 71 felt the same.
The reason for discussing pay is less about being competitive and more about helping each other out by achieving equal pay.
