Minister Simon Harris says he'Â’s not in favour of introducing a levy on home insurance policies to help deal with the flooding crisis.

ItÂ’s one of a number of options being considered by the Department of Finance, as members of the insurance industry meet with the Taoiseach and other cabinet ministers this lunchtime, about a lack of insurance cover for those affected by the flooding crisis.
