The justice minister Alan Shatter has denied claims that he did nothing with a dossier of evidence of alleged Garda malpractice.
Minister Shatter says all the allegations were fully investigated - and stands by his claim that the Garda whistleblower refused to co-operate with the penalty points inquiry.
But opposition TDs are calling for the minister to resign - and claim he's made a bad situation worse.
