The Sport MinisterÂ’s willing to resume funding the Olympics Council of Ireland, provided its house is in order.
Shane Ross has been answering questions on the Moran Report into the Rio ticketing scandal.

Juliette Gash reports;
A light has been shone on the ‘unknown rotten culture at the heart of the OCI’ –according to the Sport Minister.
Shane Ross is attending the Oireachtas Committee on Sport, where he said the Moran report into the Rio Olympics ticketing scandal has highlighted shameful standards of corporate governance under Patrick Hickey’s presidency.
Responding to the publication of the Moran report on Monday, Pat Hickey said his name was cleared, and that he looked forward to resuming his international Olympics duties.

The Minister @Shane_RossTD couldn't get out of the country quick enough after Pat Hickey was arrested, shouldn't you have hung around? pic.twitter.com/B3exqNwsH5
