300 people - mostly women and children - have been evacuated today from the war torn city of Homs in Syria.
1 thousand people have now been allowed safe passage from the city, in a four-day 'humanitarian pause' brokered by the UN and the Syrian government.
More than 3 thousand people have been besieged in Homs for more than 18 months with little access to food or medical aid.
