A Sinn Féin TD says Fianna Fáil has had "more positions than the Kama Sutra" when it comes to water charges.
The claim comes as the Dáil begins debating a Sinn Féin motion to scrap the charges.
The motion is set to be defeated because Fianna Fáil is supporting the government, even though it wants charges scrapped.
