Medecins Sans Frontier says it has no option but to withdraw from Kunduz in northern Afghanistan after one of its hospitals was bombed killing 22 people.

12 members of staff and 10 patients - including three children - were killed when the hospital was hit by a series of aerial bombing raids at the weekend.

Barack Obama has promised a full investigation after the US admitted an airstrike may have caused - what it called - "collateral damage".
