My Taxi has revealed it's going to start a cab sharing service.

The German company which took over Hailo has recently added 2 Euro to fares booked through the My Taxi App.

The increase has led to widespread complaints from customers and the latest move is seen as a way to appease passengers.

Tech correspondent Jess Kelly says' If three people are going in the same direction they can share and split the fare and reduce the demand on taxi drivers and it will be fully regulated'.
