It's emerged that Gardaí are investigating claims made by independent TD Mick Wallace about the conduct of NAMA.
It's looking into allegations that a developer paid €30,000 in cash to a NAMA official, in order to get out of the agency's control.
The agency has denied any wrongdoing in connection to the incident, or in its handling of the sale of Northern Ireland loans.
But its CEO, Brendan McDonagh, denies the allegation about a developer buying their way out:
