As tributes are being paid to David Bowie by fans across the world, NASA has taken their tribute to another level.
It's named an asteroid after the singer, following his death on Sunday.
The asteroid will be called '342843 DavidBowie', it was discovered in 2008, and it lies between the orbits of Mars and Jupiter.
It's full of billions of pieces of rock and debris left over from the formation of the solar system.
So not only will his music live on after his death, but now his name is permanently among the stardust.
