Special Olympics Ireland is aiming to raise thousands of euro today, as it holds its annual collection.

Volunteers are out and about around the country collecting for the organisation which gives a sporting chance.

And this morning, two athletes took over as special guest co-presenters on Today FM, as Sinead Spain reports:
