Retail workers say low pay and zero hour contracts are making it impossible for them to make a decent living.

The wholesale and retail sector is the largest employment sector in Ireland with more than 270 thousand people working in it.

A national survey for the industry is being launched in Dublin city this afternoon to investigate the prevalence of low pay - zero hours and low hour contracts.
