Eye specialists have issued a warning about the dangers of toy Nerf guns.
A doctor in the UK says they're seeing cases of internal bleeding in some children injured from the guns.
A spokesperson for the Eye and Ear Hospital in Dublin says they deal with a handful of these kinds of injuries every year with the number increasing around Christmas time.
Children using the guns are being advised to wear protective goggles and to never aim one at a person's face.
The toys are manufactured by Hasbro and are aimed at children aged 8 and over.
