A new dating term called 'cuffing' has entered the Urban Dictionary.

According to dating lingo experts, the "cuffing season" happens during the autumn and winter months when singletons want someone to cosy up to.

The term "cuffed" refers to handcuffs, where people want to linked up with someone to see out the rest of the season.
