The new National Children's Hospital won't open it's doors at St. James's in Dublin until 2019.
Former Health Minister James Reilly had promised the hospital would open in 2018, but that's been put back due to a delay in choosing the team to design the new facility.
The design team today unveiled its plans for the hospital which will deal with more than 28,000 inpatients every year.
At today's launch, Health Minister Leo Varadkar said the project was going "full steam ahead" - despite concerns expressed about the location.
