New poll shows Fine Gael is still the most popular party

A new opinion poll shows Fine Gael is still the most popular political party in the country.

Enda Kenny has led them to a 24 per cent approval rating, according to the latest Red C survey for today's Sunday Business Post.

Over 1,000 voters were polled between Monday and Wednesday of last week and the results for Fine Gael are unchanged from a similar survey last week.

Fianna Fáil is on 19 per cent support, Sinn Féin is on 20.

While Independents and others are on 28 per cent.

Coalition partners Labour are on 9 per cent, still in low territory, but up three points from last month.
