The US President Barack Obama has demanded action on terrorism in his annual State of the Union speech.
He called on lawmakers to grant new powers for military force against Islamic State militants.
He also addressed recent cyber attacks against the US.
President Obama says if Congress doesn't act now, America and its economy will be left vulnerable.
