An investigation into the structure of the Longboat Quay apartment complex in Dublin has revealed major problems with the roof.

The Irish Examiner reports the repairs will cost 1.3 million euro.

It's after a Dublin Court issued a fire safety order due to problems with the building.

The total cost of that repair bill is expected in the coming weeks, and then negotiations will take place to establish how much residents must pay.
