A new type of chocolate is set to come on the market.
Ruby chocolate is made from the ruby cocoa bean sourced from around the world.
Chocolate manufacturer Barry Callebaut says no berries, berry flavour or colour is added to it.

The company describes it as "a tension between berry-fruitiness and luscious smoothness" with a reddish colour.
It's expected that ruby will be introduced in different product categories to rival milk, dark and white.
The chocolate has been tested through consumer research in the UK, US, China and Japan.
