The Taoiseach says Octobers budget will represent an end to 'Showtime' and the start of stability .
Addressing a business leaders dinner in Dublin last night, Enda Kenny again insisted the maximum extra money available will be 1.5 billion euro.
But he says Fine Gael will set out a five year plan for the next Government - including tax cuts, reform of welfare, improvements in childcare and cutting unemployment to 6 per cent.
