Anyone earning under €70,000 a year WILL have their Universal Social Charge cut in the next Budget.
That's been guaranteed by the Taoiseach, Enda Kenny, in the Dail this lunchtime.
The commitment came as the Dáil continues to debate yesterday's Spring Statement.
