Talks on a deal to resolve the crisis in Ukraine are said to be at a delicate stage.

Ukraine's president Yanukovych says he will call early elections but opposition politicians have not yet signed an agreement.

EU envoys are meeting with protestors this afternoon - to try to find a solution to the deadlock.
