The justice minister says he won't answer any more questions about the Garda Tapes affair.
Alan Shatter says it would be inappropriate to comment on how the affair has been handled while a Commission of Investigation is being set up.
The minister has refused to take questions from journalists since the scandal first emerged ten days ago.
But in response to a written question in the Dáil, Alan Shatter says he won't discuss the matter again until after the inquiry by Supreme Court judge Nial Fennelly.
