The national minimum wage is set to be increased by 50 cent an hour - but it seems both workers and employers aren't happy.
The move is expected to be announced in the Budget after an official recommendation from the Low Pay Commission.
The Commission was one of the first announcements from Joan Burton after she became Labour leader a year ago - and was only officially set up in law last week.
But employers' groups say they can't afford a pay increase - while trade unions say the increase isn't high enough.
