The Kremlin says it's concerned about tensions around North Korea - and has called for all sides to show restraint.

Earlier, Pyongyang warned Donald Trump it is prepared for war - and is ready to use its "powerful nuclear deterrent".

It's after a US official said military options are being considered in response to North Korea's weapons programme.

Vice Foreign Minister Han Song Ryol has blamed the US President for building up tensions with aggressive tweets.
