The Taoiseach will chair the Twentieth plenary meeting of the North South Ministerial Council in Dublin Castle today.
Enda Kenny will discuss the financial and economic issues in both jurisdictions with members of the Northern Ireland Executive.
Speaking ahead of the meeting the Taoiseach said he 'looks forward to meeting with deputy First Minister Martin McGuinness, and Minister Arlene Foster' to advance North South projects.
Mr Kenny also said the meeting is useful in promoting 'much needed all-island economic co-operation'.
