A report's found nothing was done about 10 allegations of abuse against Jimmy Savile at a hospital in the UK - because staff thought they'd get in trouble.
The inquiry into Stoke Mandeville Hospital is one of a series of reports published into the late broadcaster's crimes on NHS premises.
Investigators have also found that Savile was guilty of sex abuse on a grand scale, and a weakness for celebrities means such abuse could happen again.
It says changes need to be made to stop VIP visitors at hospitals - like Savile - from abusing their position.
