Solicitor Brian OÂ’DonnellÂ’s legal battle over the Gorse Hill mansion in South Dublin is due for judgment at the Court of Appeal this morning.
He's appealing a High Court ruling that gave Bank of Ireland a trespass order requiring him and his wife to leave the property.
He claims he has a contractual right to stay at the luxury home - and that the appointment of a receiver by the bank is invalid.
The three judge panel at the Court of Appeal will render its judgment at 10 o'clock.
