The judge in Bank of Ireland's trespass case against solicitor Brian O'Donnell says he will deliver his judgment this week.
Last week, Mr Justice Brian McGovern deferred his judgment - after hearing arguments from both sides of the legal battle over the Gorse Hill house in Killiney, south Dublin.
Mr O'Donnell - who owes Bank of Ireland over 70 million euro - has also asked for permission to cross-examine the bank and the receiver in the case.
