Solicitor Brian O'Donnell's legal battle over his south Dublin mansion will return to the Court of Appeal later - where the Judge has warned that the matter must be 'finished' today.
Mr O'Donnell and his wife Mary Patricia owe the Bank of Ireland over 70 million euro - and are appealing a High Court trespass order over the Gorse Hill house in Killiney.
Brian O'Donnell told the Court of Appeal yesterday - that the Bank of Ireland 'set fire' to his business around the world - and used 'brutal tactics' to railroad proceedings through the courts against him.
He's argued that he has a contractual right to reside at Gorse Hill on Killiney's Vico Road.
Mr O'Donnell - who was joined by his wife Mary Patricia in court yesterday - will return to the Court of Appeal at 2 o'clock this afternoon where the hearing will resume.
The Bank of Ireland is expected to make its submissions to the court - and Judge Mary Finlay Geoghegan has told both sides of the dispute that the matter must be finished today.
