The legal battle over solicitor Brian O'Â’Donnell'Â’s Gorse Hill mansion in South Dublin is set to return to the courts this morning.

In the High Court last Thursday, Mr Justice Brian McGovern reserved judgment in respect of Bank of IrelandÂ’s application to have a trespass injunction granted against solicitor Brian OÂ’Donnell over the Gorse Hill house on KillineyÂ’s Vico Road.

He also deferred his decision over two applications lodged by Mr OÂ’Donnell.

The solicitor - who owes Bank of Ireland over 70 million euro - wants to be allowed to cross-examine both the receiver in the case, Tom Kavanagh, and a representative of the Bank of Ireland.

He claimed that facts had been put to the court that were not agreed - and said he and his wife were concerned about the receiver bringing in a security company.
