We may have to wait until tomorrow to find out who will lead the Inquiry into the Olympic ticketing debacle –and what its Terms of Reference will be.

Opposition parties are concerned that a non-statutory inquiry may not be able to get the facts from the OCI about its role in the affair.

The OCI says it will comply fully with any inquiry that may take place.

Juliette Gash reports;

The OCI issued a statement this lunchtime refuting claims by Brendan Howlin.

"In media interviews today Mr Brendan Howlin T.D. stated that he was unsure if Article 32 of the OCI Articles of Association prevented the OCI from cooperating with the State inquiry. The OCI’s legal advice is that there is no impediment whatsoever to the OCI cooperating fully with the inquiry and it fully intends to do so."
