The judge in the Oscar Pistorius murder trial has decided the athlete should be sent to a mental health unit for evaluation.

It follows claims from a defence witness who suggested he had an anxiety disorder, which may have played a role when he fatally shot his girlfriend.

He denies deliberately killing Reeva Steenkamp.
