More than 3,000 people have lodged claims with the Commission for Aviation Regulation after the collapse of Low Cost Holidays.
The Spanish tour operator ceased trading last month leaving around 15,000 Irish holiday makers out of pocket.

Customers have until September 19th to submit their claim which will then be assessed by the Commission.
