Nurses say a lack of community care is contributing to the high numbers waiting on trolleys for Hospital admission.
March was the worst on record for patients on trolleys.
There are 437 patients waiting for a hospital bed today.
A new survey carried out independently of the INMO shows that more than half of those polled for a survey on community nursing say they’ve missed care in their previous working week.
It was particularly noticeable in relation to health promotion in older people.
