The Public Accounts Committee is to take the unprecedented step of legally forcing Frank Flannery and Angela Kerins to appear at a public hearing.
The committee this morning decided unanimously to seek the legal powers of compellability to force the two former Rehab C-E-Os to appear.
The decision came after the committee received legal letters indicating that both were still unwilling to attend.
