The Department of Education is being accused of bullying parents into enrolling their children in Catholic Schools against their wishes.

The Humanist Assocation says a third of marriages last year were not religious, which points to an increasing number of parents who want non-religious schools.

He says they're hearing from many couples who can't get their child into a school unless they baptise them.
