In the US, a "highly complex" search and rescue operation is underway after a passenger plane collided with a military helicopter in Washington DC.
64 people were on board the aircraft when it crashed with the chopper, which had 3 soldiers on it.
Both aircraft plunged into the Potomac River before the plane was due to land at Reagan national airport.
Officials say they don't know yet if there are any survivors. US media is reporting 18 bodies have been recovered.

Fire and Emergency Chief in Washington DC, John Donnelly, says hundreds of personnel are involved in the rescue and recovery mission.
"At 8.58 pm The first units arrived on the scene and found an aircraft in the water and began rescue operations.
"This incident has grown. There are currently about 300 responders working. We have boats from all throughout the region; police and fire boats".
PSA Airlines flight had taken off in Kansas. PSA is a domestic carrier owned by American Airlines.
American Airlines President is Robert Isom released a video statement overnight.
"I'd like to express our deep sorrow about these events.
This is a difficult day for all of us at American Airlines, and our efforts now are focused entirely on the needs of our passengers, crew members, partners, first responders, along with their families and loved ones".
