Pat Kenny has been unveiled as one of the new presenters on UTV Ireland.
He will front a show on the new station, which will go on-air in January.
UTV Ireland says every programme commissioned by ITV in the UK and broadcast by ITV will be shown on the channel.
Pat Kenny, who also presents a radio show on Newstalk after leaving RTE last year, is among the 120 people UTV Ireland will employ at its Dublin base.
He says the move to the new channel is another leap of faith for him:The station is also in the process of establishing bureaus in Cork, Limerick and Galway.
