Patricia Kelly, wife of Console founder Paul Kelly, is in court for a hearing relating to injunctions made against her, her husband and her sister-in-law.

Patricia Kelly sat on her own at the back of the public gallery when her case was called.

She, along with her husband Paul and his sister Joan McKenna were last week ordered not to interfere with the running of Console.

Temporary injunctions preventing them from accessing the charityÂ’'s bank accounts and credit cards were also approved as well as an order restraining them from moving or destroying records belonging to it.

The orders were granted in what interim CEO David Hall argued was for the protection of Console'Â’s assets.

Yesterday, Mr. Hall removed a large volume of documents from a storage unit in Paul Kelly'Â’s name after he learned of two deliveries made there last week.

Today'Â’s hearing will give the trio an opportunity to reply to the court orders.

Mr. Justice Paul Gilligan is also expected to hear what was in the container opened in Naas yesterday afternoon.
