Householders who don't pay their bills online are losing up to 400 euro per year.
New research in today's Irish Independent says some companies charge up to 40 euro a year to send out monthly paper bills.
The study says TV, broadband and utility firms offer discounts of up to 12 per cent - or around 60 euro per year - to those who pay online.
