The High Court has heard that a man recorded as having voted in Fine GaelÂ’s Sligo/Leitrim selection convention was actually at his wifeÂ’'s funeral.
Former Junior Minister John Perry claims this is just one of a number of “irregularities” that should result in the outcome being set aside.
He also claims some votes were cast by people who weren'Â’t entitled to.
